Simple Egg Omelette

Basic Egg Omelette, easy and quick to make. 

Approximate Net Carbs 3g.                                    


    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp chopped onion
    • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
    • 1 tsp chopped ginger
    • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 2 tbsp grated carrot (skip it for keto diet)
    • 1 tsp avocado / olive oil

Instant Pot Idiyappam Instant Pot Masala Egg Fry


    • Add 2 eggs to the bowl and beat it.
    • Add onion, cilantro, ginger, pepper powder, salt and carrot(optional) to the egg and mix it all together.
    • Heat up the pan/skillet and grease with oil.
    • Pour the egg mixture when pan is hot.
    • Cook for a minute and flip it to the other side.
      • After a minute transfer to the plate.
        • Yummy, Healthy and Simple Egg Omelette is Ready.
