Instant Pot Fluffy Baked Potatoes
INGREDIENTS:
- Russet Potatoes Medium size
- Oil
- Toppings
- Butter
- Grated Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Pepper Powder
- Salt
- Chopped Green Onions.
STEPS:
- Wash and Clean the Potatoes, Poke it using Fork around 8-10 places
- Add 1 Cup of water to bottom of the Instant Pot, Place Trivet
- Place Potatoes inside, Here I used medium size Potatoes. Close the lid with sealing position.
- Set High Pressure 15 minutes.
- (For Small : 12 minutes, For Big : 18 minutes)
- Open the lid after Natural Pressure Reelease
- Transfer the Cooked Potatoes to the Plate, Now it is ready for toppings.
- Optional Step for Cripsy skin:
- Keep it in the Oven for 3 minutes, Broil.
- Toppings:
- I use Butter, Cheese, Sour Cream, Pepper Powder, Salt, Green Onions.
