Instant Pot Fluffy Baked Potatoes



    • Russet Potatoes Medium size
    • Oil
    • Toppings

      • Butter
      • Grated Cheese
      • Sour Cream
      • Pepper Powder
      • Salt
      • Chopped Green Onions.



    • Wash and Clean the Potatoes, Poke it using Fork around 8-10 places
    • Add 1 Cup of water to bottom of the Instant Pot, Place Trivet
    • Place Potatoes inside, Here I used medium size Potatoes.  Close the lid with sealing position.
    • Set High Pressure 15 minutes.
    • (For Small : 12 minutes, For Big : 18 minutes)
    • Open the lid after Natural Pressure Reelease
    • Transfer the Cooked Potatoes to the Plate, Now it is ready for toppings.

    • Optional Step for Cripsy skin:
    • Apply Oil and Salt.
    • Keep it in the Oven for 3 minutes, Broil.

    • Toppings:
      • I use Butter, Cheese, Sour Cream, Pepper Powder, Salt, Green Onions.
