INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp Stevia / Monk fruit
- Butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a blender add eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, stevia and unsweetened almond milk. Blend it all together.
- Turn on the griddle, and apply butter.
- Pour the mixture on the griddle, it makes 2 pancakes.
- Cook pancakes for a minute or until golden brown on both of the sides.
- Serve it with butter.
