Keto Coconut Flour Pancake

This is Keto friendly Recipe

INGREDIENTS:


    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp coconut flour
    • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt
    • 2 tsp Stevia / Monk fruit
    • Butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

    • In a blender add eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, stevia and unsweetened almond milk. Blend it all together.
    • Turn on the griddle, and apply butter.
    • Pour the mixture on the griddle, it makes 2 pancakes.  
    • Cook pancakes for a minute or until golden brown on both of the sides.
    • Serve it with butter.
