Almond Flour Bread | Keto Bread

This recipe is Keto and Paleo friendly which can be made with 5 ingredients.  This lightly moist, breakfast quick bread is high protein, low carb and healthy fats.  It will be filling and sustaining.

Approximate Net carb for this Bread : 4g


    • 3 tbsp Almond flour
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 egg

    • Add butter in a microwave safe mug/bowl. Microwave it for 20 secs or until melts.
    • Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt.  Whisk until smooth.
    • Microwave for 90 secs (maximum power).
    • Let it cool and transfer it to the plate. 
    • Cut the bread into 2 slices as shown in video. 
    • To add more taste &flavor:
      • Heat the pan on the stove, and grease with butter.
      • Toast the bread into light brown on both of the sides.
      • Now you can make your own choice of sandwich.
