Instant Pot Keto Almond Flour Pancake Bites


This is Keto Friendly and Low Carb Recipe.
It is perfect for Break fast, you can keep in a refrigerator for upto 5 days. 
                                                                                                                




INGREDIENTS :

    • 2 Eggs 
    • 1 Cup Almond Flour
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 2 tsp Monk fruit / stevia
    • 1/4 cup Almond milk
    • Olive Spray

INSTRUCTIONS:



    • In a bowl add all the Ingredients - eggs, almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, Stevia, almond milk and salt
    • Blend all together for 2 minutes
    • Spray (avocado or olive oil) on Silicon Egg mold.
    • Pour the mixture to the mold.
      • Add 1 cup water to bottom of the Instant pot, Place Trivet.
        • Keep the egg mold inside, and close the lid
              • Set Low pressure for 5 minutes.
                • Open the lid after Natural Pressure Release, Take out the silicon mold carefully.
                  • Let it cool for couple of minutes.
                      • Now it is easily come out by scooping out or push from the bottom
                        • Healthy and Delicious Pancake Bites are ready to eat.
