Instant Pot Idiyappam Instant Pot Masala Egg Fry


INGREDIENTS

    • 2 lbs - Chicken Breasts - Cut and Clean
    • 3 tbsp butter/olive oil
    • 2 cups Chopped Onion
    • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    • 2 Serrano Pepper/ Green Chillies
    • 1 Chopped Tomato
    • Curry leaves (optional)
    • Dry methi/fenugreek  leaves (optional)
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/4 cup Yogurt
    • Cilantro chopped
    • 1/2 Lemon
    • Powder:
      • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
      • 1 or 2 tsp Red Chilli Pepper Powder
      • 1 tsp Corriandar/ Dhaniya Powder
      • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
      • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
      • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
    • Tadka/ Tempering:
      • 1 or 2 Bay Leaves
      • 3 Cloves
      • 1 stick Cinnamon
      • 1 Cardamom
      • 2 Star Anise
      • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

Instant Pot Vegetable Biryani Instant Pot Egg bites

INSTRUCTIONS:
    • Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces
    • Turn on Instant pot - Saute mode
    • Once pot is hot, add oil.
    • Add Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Star Anise and Cumin Seeds.
    • Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and green chillies and curry leaves - Saute for a minute. 
    • Add chopped tomato - Saute for a minute. Add chicken pieces - Saute for a minute
    • Add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corriandar powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and yogurt. - Mix all together.
    • Close the pot with sealing position
    • Set manual High pressure 4 minutes
    • Cancel and open the lid after quick release.
    • Turn on Saute mode again - Give it a stir until excess water goes out. (it may take 1 to 3 minutes)
    • Add dry methi leaves, chopped cilantro and squeeze half lemon.
    • Delicious Dry Chicken Curry is Ready
