INGREDIANTS:
FOR DUMPLING
1/2 cup Idiyappam flour / rice flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp coconut powder / fresh coconut grated
1 tsp ghee
1/3 Cup to 1/2 cup boiling water
FOR MILK BASE
1.5 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup whole milk
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
1/3 cup sugar
Mix 1/4 tsp rice flour to 1/4 cup Water
Saffron to garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, add idiyappam flour, coconut powder, salt, sugar, and ghee.
- Add boiling water slowly and mix it to form a dough with a spoon.
- When it is cooled down, grease your hand with ghee and roll into small balls.
- In instant pot, add coconut milk, whole milk, sugar, cardamom powder, rice flour mixed water and rice balls.
- Give it a gentle mix. Close the instant pot lid with sealing position.
- Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Open the lid after natural pressure release.
- Garnish with saffron, you can serve this warm or cold.
