INGREDIANTS:

  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • 3 dates
  • 1 tbsp jaggary / brown sugar
  • Coconut powder (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add roasted peanuts, dates and jaggary in a chopper.  Close the lid.
  • Blend it well.  Make balls and coat it with dry coconut powder.
  • Healthy energy balls.
