Instant Pot Radish Dry Curry/ Mooli Sabji.

INGREDIANTS:

- 2 medium size Radish
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 green chilies
- 2 minced garlic
- salt per taste
- chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp dry coconut powder
- Tempering:
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Urad dal / White Gram
- 1 tsp Chana Dal / Split Bengal Gram
- Hing / Asafotida (little)
- Curry Leaves (optional)
- Masala Powders:
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Pepper Powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
STEP BY STEP VIDEO:
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Peel the outer skin of radish and cut into small pieces.
- Turn on instant pot saute mode. When it is hot, add oil.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, little asafotida, and curry leaves. Wait until it splutters.
- Add chopped onion, green chilies, and minced garlic - saute until onion turns into light brown.
- Add chopped radish - Saute for a minute.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and dhaniya powder - quick stir.
- Close the lid with sealing position.
- Set Low pressure for 1 minute, When it is done, wait for 5 minutes. Release the pressure for 5 minutes.
- Open the lid, now garnish with chopped cilantro and dry coconut powder.
- Mix them all.
- Quick Radish Dry Curry is ready!
NOTE:
- Here I used Instant Pot 6 qt DUO.
- Adjust green chilies and red chili powder based on your spice level.
