INGREDIANTS:
- 8 Any Sandwich Breads (Here I used Honey Wheat bread)
- 3 tsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Curry leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 green chilies
- ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- salt per taste
- 1/8 tsp garam masala powder
- chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ghee
STEP BY STEP VIDEO:
- Cut the bread into small pieces.
- When pot is hot, add oil.
- Add cumin and curry leaves - wait until it splutters
- Add chopped onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste - Saute until it turns into light brown
- Add tomato - Saute until tomato is soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala powder - Give a quick stir.
- Add bread pieces. Mix well.
- Cover it and cook in low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add chopped cilantro, lemon juice and ghee. Ready to Eat!
NOTE:
- You can use any bread which is not sweet.
