Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid Crispy Bitter Gourd Fry | Crispy Karela Fry in Air Fryer
INGREDIANTS:
- 1 Karela /Bitter Gourd
- Salt per taste
- 1 tsp rice flour
- 3 tsp besan /gram flour
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp oil, and little oil to spray
- little water

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut Karela in to pieces, remove seeds in the middle. Add them to the bowl.
- Add salt, rice flour, gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and oil. Mix them all, the masala needs to be coated well on Karela. If needed sprinkle little water.
- Grease air fryer basket, add these pieces in a single layer and spray some oil on top.
- Close the air fryer lid, set air fry 375F for 12 minutes.
- Flip them in middle, Open the lid when it is done.
- Crispy Karela Fry is ready
NOTE:
- Here I used 6 QT Instant Pot with Air fryer lid.
- Temperature and time may vary based on the air fryer model.
- To reduce bitter taste, mix the bitter gourd pieces with salt and squeeze them after 30 minutes.
