Cantaloupe Smoothies | Weight loss breakfast smoothie

Cantaloupes are delicious on their own, but you can add any other fruits in this smoothie. The fiber, potassium and vitamin C in cantaloupe all support heart health. Consuming foods rich in potassium can help decrease blood pressure. A cup of cantaloupe provides around 473 mg of potassium.



You can add chia seeds to this smoothie, it is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium.

INGREDIENTS:
    Cantaloupe Apple Smoothie:
    • 1 cup diced cantaloupe
    • 1/2 cup diced apple
    • 1 cup almond milk / regular milk / coconut milk

    Cantaloupe Avocado Smoothie:
    • 1 cup diced cantaloupe
    • 1/2 avocado
    • 1 cup almond milk / regular milk / coconut milk

    Cantaloupe Strawberry Smoothie:
    • 1 cup diced cantaloupe
    • 1/2 cup diced strawberry
    • 1 cup almond milk / regular milk / coconut milk

    • Add diced cantaloupe, diced apple, and almond milk to the blender and blend them until smooth, transfer it to the cup and enjoy the cantaloupe & apple smoothie.
    • Add cantaloupe, avocado and almond milk to the blender and blend them until smooth, transfer it to the cup.  Enjoy the cantaloupe & avocado smoothie.
    • Add cantaloupe, strawberry and almond milk to the blender and blend them until smooth, transfer it to the cup to enjoy cantaloupe & strawberry smoothie.
Notes:
    • You can add honey or brown sugar to increase the sweetness.  Here I don't add any.
    • You can add chia seeds to make it more healthier version.  
    • Milk can be used as your choice, almond milk or coconut milk or regular milk. 
    • Add crushed ice to the smoothie if needed.
