Approximate Net Carbs:
1 cup cabbage = 3.6 Net Carbs
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil / Butter / Avacodo
- 3 cups chopped Cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp coconut powder
- Salt to taste
- Powder:
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Pepper Powder
- Tadka/ Tempering:
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Urud dal
- 1 tsp Channa dal
- Curry Leaves (optional)
- Hing / Asafotida (little)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Chop the cabbage into Small Pieces
- Turn on Instant pot - Saute mode
- Once pot is hot, add oil.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Urud dal, Channa dal, curry leaves and hing.
- Add chopped onion and ginger - Saute for a minute. Add chopped cabbage - Quick stir.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt
- Close the pot with sealing position
- Cancel Saute mode - Set Steam 0 minutes Low pressure
- Once it is done, open the lid after quick release.
- Add coconut powder and chopped cilantro.
- Yummy and Quick Cabbage stir fry is Ready to eat.
Is the coconut powder the. same as coconut flour?
