Instant Pot Cabbage Stir Fry


This is Keto Friendly Recipe:

Approximate Net Carbs:
1 cup cabbage = 3.6 Net Carbs


  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil / Butter / Avacodo
  • 3 cups chopped Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp coconut powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Powder:
    • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 1 tsp Red Chilli Pepper Powder
  • Tadka/ Tempering:
    • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
    • 1 tsp Urud dal
    • 1 tsp Channa dal
    • Curry Leaves (optional)
    • Hing / Asafotida (little)

Instant Pot Idiyappam Instant Pot Masala Egg Fry


    • Chop the cabbage into Small Pieces
    • Turn on Instant pot - Saute mode
    • Once pot is hot, add oil.
    • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Urud dal, Channa dal, curry leaves and hing.
    • Add chopped onion and ginger - Saute for a minute. Add chopped cabbage - Quick stir.
    • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt
    • Close the pot with sealing position
    • Cancel Saute mode - Set Steam 0 minutes Low pressure
    • Once it is done, open the lid after quick release.
    • Add coconut powder and chopped cilantro.
    • Yummy and Quick Cabbage stir fry is Ready to eat.


  1. Is the coconut powder the. same as coconut flour?

  2. Here I used Swad Coconut powder, it is slightly grainy.
