Keto Coconut Flour Bread

INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
    • 2 tbsp Water
    • 1 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
    • 1/8 tsp pepper powder
    • 1/8 tsp onion powder
    • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp dried parsley
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

STEPS:

    • Add 2 tbsp butter to a mug, and microwave for 20 secs to melt it.

    • Add all the above ingredients (baking powder, coconut flour, water, heavy whipping cream, pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, parsley, egg)  

    • Mix it / Beat it all together
    • Keep it in microwave for 2 to 2:30 minutes
    • Let it cool for a minute and transfer to the plate
    • Cut it into slices
    • Low carb / Keto Coconut flour bread / Cheddar Bread is ready to eat.
