Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
    • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 2 tbsp Almond Flour
    • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    • 1 tsp Coconut Powder
    • 1 tsp Monk Fruit / Stevia
    • 1 Large Egg

STEPS:

    • Add 2 tbsp butter to a mug, and microwave for 20 secs to melt it.
    • Add 1/4 tsp vannilla extract, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp monk fruit or stevia, 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp coconut flour mix all together.
    • Add 1 large egg and mix it well
    • Keep it in microwave for 1 minute
    • Let it cool for a minute
