Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Unblanched Almond Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs Brown Sugar or Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk or Regular Milk
Steps:
- Blend the Almond Flour to make the powder. Transfer to the bowl.
- Add all other Ingredients and Mix all together.
- Now check the Pancake Batter Consistency.
- Grease any bowls, Here I used 1 cup Pyrex Glass bowl.
- Pour the Pancake Batter.
- Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot, Place Trivet.
- Place the Bowls inside - Close the lid with Sealing Position.
- Set Manual /Pressure 5 minutes Low Pressure.
- Open the lid after Automatic Release.
- Yummy Pancakes are Ready.
